Welcome

Welcome to the Top Gun All-Star Program!  This season our all-stars packages for levels 2-6 is $100.00 per month.  This cost includes 1 tumbling class and 2 weekly team practices.  During our regular practice we will work tumbling skills for the majority of the season as well.  We are still offering an unlimited package for $135.00.  All of the all-stars will need to sign up for a regular tumbling class and attend that class unless they purchase the unlimited package.  We have a sibling discount this year for membership fees the first child is full price and each additional child is ½ price off the yearly membership fee. Also we are debuting the bring a friend program.  If you have a friend you bring and he/she joins the all-star program you will receive one free month of tuition!

 

Competition Changes

In an effort to provide quality competitions this season for our teams, the schedule will consist of several one day and two day competitions in various locations.  We will be attending ONLY THE HIGHEST QUALITY COMPETITIONS this season.  This is an attempt to have quality teams to compete against and create a competitive environment for all of the teams.  All competitions are mandatory for all team members!

 

Camps and Choreography

This summer we will conduct our choreography camp in early September our specialty instructors will help give our teams that extra edge! Each team will have a set camp in September to learn the remainder of their competition routine for the season.  This camp is mandatory and the price for choreography and music is TBA. 

 

Tumbling

Tumbling is one of the biggest perks of our all-star program.  This year is no exception. Tumbling is a large portion of the score at each competition.  Each all-star is required to attend a minimum of one tumbling class per week. Therefore, we will have a squad tumbling time for each team included in their practice. All-stars will also have several additional tumbling times available for them to attend. Tumbling class will have a mixture of spring floor and tumble gym classes. As a safety precaution all-stars are not allowed to take classes at any other facility.  The only exceptions are if your school squad attends another facility with the squad.

 

Practices

Practice times and days will vary for each squad.  All practices are closed to parents and spectators unless otherwise posted.  Practices are mandatory to compete.  Any all-star who misses 4 practice hours prior to competition will not be allowed to compete in that competition, no exceptions.  No refund for that competition will be issued.  Any all-star who misses 6 practices will not be allowed to finish the season. Top Gun All-stars is a team sport and all members are required to attend every practice.  The practice schedule has not been established at this time.  After tryouts we will create the teams schedule and do our best to try and accommodate our all-stars needs. All scheduling conflicts must be submitted in writing at least two weeks in advance. Dress rehearsal is held every Thursday prior to competition and is mandatory to compete in that competition.     All summer practices will be held during the week in order to free up everyone’s weekends.  Summer tumbling schedule will differ from the fall class schedule.  Both schedules will be available at the end of March.


Communication

Communication is the most important tool in running a successful program.  Our primary way of communicating is email, text messaging and the website and now facebook.  Please be sure that we have correct email, phone numbers and mailing address on file.  If you change your phone number please notify the front desk so that we may remain current on all contact information.

 

Contracts and Payments

In order for Top Gun to provide the number of benefits and quality instruction you expect we require all of our all-stars to complete an all-star contract along with credit card or bank draft information.  Credit card and bank drafts are used as a secondary method of collection.  All fees are due on or before the first of the month.  Any fees not paid by the 8th of the month will be charged a $10.00 late fee to either your credit card or bank draft.  Many of our customers actually prefer this method of payment and it can be set up to automatically draft your account monthly.  Anyone not wishing to have their fees charged to their credit card needs to pay their fees prior to the 8th of the month.
