Class Information

Top Gun has classes for all ages and abilities. We offer tumbling classes, squad times, college prep classes, and all levels of coed stunts, private lessons, choreography, and music mixing. Top Gun also has the nationally recognized all-star program. Top Gun’s all-star program has squads for all ages and abilities. 1. No Jewelry
2. Cheer Shoes Only
3. Must Wear Appropriate Attire
4. Make-up Classes Must be Scheduled through the Front Desk
5. Students Who Are Over 15 Minutes Late Must Wait on Next Class
6. All Make-up Classes Must be Completed by the 15th of the Next Month
7. Tuition is Due on the First of the Month

Cheer/Tumble Class

Top Gun has five different levels of tumbling classes. All of our tumbling classes are cheer/tumble classes. This type of class structure places a high level of emphasis on tumbling but also covers the fundamentals of jumps and motions as well. Each class begins with a group stretch and warm up. Next the class will go to our circuit rotation to help reduce down time. Finally each class will conclude with jumps and conditioning.

Level 1 

Beginner cheer/tumble. This class works on fundamentals of tumbling and motor skills. The following skills are required to advance to level 2 cartwheel, round off forward and backward rolls.

Level 2

Intermediate cheer/tumble. This class concentrates on and develops intermediate cheer skills with a high concentration on both stationary and round off back handsprings. Both of these skills as well as a toe touch back handspring are required to advance to level 3 advanced cheer/tumble.

Level 3

Advanced cheer/tumble. This class is primarily concerned with advance tumbling skills and jumps. Tumbling skills vary from round off tuck to round off back handspring tuck. To advance to level 4 you must be able to perform a round off back handspring tuck.

Level 4

Level four tumbling concentrates on round off back handspring layout and full twists.  To advance to level 5 you must be able to perform a full twist.

Level  5

 Xtreme tumbling. In order to take this class you must be able to perform a round off back handspring full twist without spot. This class works on elite level tumbling only.

Twisting Class

Limited spots available weekly, sign ups at the front for All-stars and Pre-approved Students only.  Layout  required for class eligibility.

Pro Class

Limited Spots available weekly.  Must be an All-Star to take Class. Full twist required for class eligibility.

Squad Times

Top Gun offers times for school cheerleading squads. These classes will be constructed to meet the needs of your school team. Times are booked on a first come basis. School squads must have a minimum of 10 cheerleaders and the cost is $40.00 per cheerleader for 1 and 1/2 hours. Due to a limited availability any squad not giving proper notice of absence will be charged for the hour.

Coed Stunts/ College Prep

This program is designed for any one who wants to learn how to cheer on a college or coed team. Two classes are available Beginner and Advanced. Beginners must first meet with an instructor before enrolling in class. All coed stunt classes must follow the following rules. No jewelry, cheerleading shoes only and all students must be dressed in the proper attire. For the safety of our students and instructors all students who wish to fly must be under 120 pounds. Advanced Coed classes are scheduled by appointment only.
